Mina has been walking 90% of the time so we thought we should get her first walking shoes. we went to the mall on weekend and found some really cute shoes in Clark store. the were very flexible and light. we put it on her in the store to try it but she just wouldn't walk so we decided that it is probably too soon to get her shoes but at least we know where to go when it is time.
this past 2 days Mina has been so fussy she just keeps saying, MNM,MNM,MNM and i have no idea what it means so if you know please let me know.

I'd say try again with the shoes, I think all babies do that when you put shoes on them for the first time they just stand there and don't know what to do but she'll be walking around in them by the end of the day!
